2017 BlockFIT 6 Week Challenge

My 6 Week Challenge kicks off 9 Jan and will give you the tools to drop fat fast, safely and for the long term.

Challenge includes: 

> 2 x 45 min Group PT Sessions ( max 3 people per group)

> Nutrition Plan + Information and Strategies on what type of dietary inclusions to focus on

> Measurements taken every 3 Weeks

> Information on how to train specifically for fat loss

> The most common myths on how to lose fat and what to do instead

> Access to the first week of my 6 Week Online Program for $1

> Ongoing support from me and your team mates via an exclusive Facebook group with tons of fitness, technique and nutrition info

Challenge Results:

Expect to drop some serious body fat, increase energy levels and sleep quality., tone and build knowledge on how to maintain a healthy weight for a lifetime.

All sessions are beach/park/studio or online based upon your preference.
