4 Week Rapid Fat Loss including PT and Group training, nutrition and individual workouts.
1 x One on One PT Session a week (normally $65)
1 x Group Session a week (capped at 4 persons)
2 x Individual Workouts a week (normally $99 each)
1 x Nutrition Plan (normally $129)
1 x Online Interactive Group for Q&As and ongoing support.
