HIIT, Health and Happiness Retreat

Getting ready for an obstacle race?
Want to learn how to prep easy, quick nutritious meals in 20 minutes or under?

This retreat is for YOU!

Retreat Inclusions:

The option of 2 or 3 days of: jungle trail runs, beach sprints, coastal walks, cooking classes, horse riding, obstacle race prep, bodyweight full body mini sessions and maybe a cheeky cocktail or two 😉
